Wonderful way to enjoy a great service and beautiful surroundings.

heated pool at Spa + the staff were very attentive and it was so relaxing - a big thanks to Pili , the lady who found my gold bracelet which I left in the spa bathrobe by mistake. She with another member of staff searched the laundry before it left the hotel in the evening.. they returned my bracelet to our room.. it was much appreciated as it was of sentimenal value. breakfast was more than food it was a beautiful experience to sit having breakfast among the carpa fish. the room was actually smaller than I expected for a 5 star and compared to the 4 stars we visited in Thailand it was still smaller. We had a double room - individual beds - the confort of the beds was not what expected - nice but not

We went for a walk as there was a path around the parmeter of the grounds.. it was actually nice.. but we were told that it was only for staff.. we were suprised as we did not see any signs informing that we could not pass. It would be nice if the hotel would allow guests to use that walk way -

heaven oasis.

amazing 3 pools with enough chaiselong and bars . amazing variable cold and hot breakfast and spacious room.

that is is a large hotel i found it a little complicated to reach the room. the thai restaurant is not that good , we started our dinner their, we ordered , then the starter arrived and i found it tasteless, i mentioned this to the hostes and she amazingly suggested that i ask for another started or if i want we can move to the next gastronomy restaurant, which happened smoothly and elegantly.

Lovely late summer luxury

Lots of luxurious outdoor swimming pools and nice Thai themed gardens, waterfalls and ponds with carp swimming in. Impressive scenery and only a 10 minutes taxi ride to the beach and restaurants. Reception staff were excellent and quick at ordering taxis for us.

Some restaurants were closed and it was not clear from the website, but understandable as it was off season. they rotated which were open so if you were staying for a few nights you could experience them all if you wanted which was good.

Great 2 night stay

Everything about this hotel is fabulous mainly the food!!! I liked the Adult pool and the Adults only breakfast area

The only complaint I would have is there are no robe and slippers. I like to put on a robe when I have a shower ! Also it was a shame the zen pool had so many kids it would have been better as the Adults area!

Wonderful from start to Finish - Look forward to our next visit.

We generally had a great holiday, not unexpected, this being our third visit. No need to leave the complex with so many pools and restaurants to choose from perfect for our 7 night stay.

Housekeeping could have been better. More Gluten Free labelling would also help. However we could not fault the excellent food and service experienced.

A wonderful, relaxing few days in a stunning setting

Set in beautiful, lush surroundings, this is a luxurious hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel special. The hotel transports you to Asia, so you really don't feel like you're in Spain, which is amazing considering its just 5 minutes outside of Benidorm. The location made us feel very comfortable as it was much cooler up in the mountains than it is closer to the sea at this time of year. The breakfast buffet was incredible, and the location of the restaurant was perfect. The other two restaurants we went to were also in lovely settings. Parking on site was free for guests. I really liked the fact there were adult only/ quiet areas.

Prices for some things were unreasonably expensive (like the spa treatments and also the Bali beds). We had a leaky shower cubicle and the bath didn't hold the water in very well. Small things like this slightly spoilt the experience as the bathroom perhaps needed better maintenance. There was a kettle along with English tea and herbal tea and coffee sachets in our room, but no milk was provided. A coffee pod machine would have been a nicer touch along with the kettle. We arrived on a Thursday for 2 nights in July, but only 2 of the restaurants were open for dinner on the first night. This meant we didn't get to visit one of the restaurants we were hoping to. It was difficult to find a good spot by the swimming pools due to people putting towels down in the morning and leaving them unattended until later in the day. This was the case on all 3 days we were there.

Good overall, but some comments

Pool was amazing and lots of choices for food

The staff was mostly friendly but some were very rude. The food selection was good and the breakfast buffet was top notch, but at some of the restaurants the quality was low and we even got bad / old fish served to us one night (but they did take it off the bill…). Overall the property is nice, but not sure it is worth the price.

Unbelievable

The grounds of the hotel are unbelievable, had the most amazing stay. The staff are all genuinely lovely, especially at the bar by the main pool, in the spa, and the bell boys. Wish I had their names to thank them individually. Cannot wait to go back. Truly beautiful place for a break

Was slightly disappointed in the food at lombocci. Nothing special for the price. Had “italian” pasta but tasted more like a microwave meal. However a lovely place visually to have a meal. Would recommend Koh Samui to eat. Email and ask before you go which restaurants are open for the week of your stay and book before you go. I went half board but paid for the buffet for 2 nights, plenty of choice, however you could get a meal for 2 and drinks in the restaurants for the same price.

Special Weekend

The hotel, rooms gardens, pools etc really fabulous. The staff were brilliant and V helpful.

In the buffet restaurant there was a fabulous array of food which looked spectacular, but you struggled to put together a proper meal. I chose the Lubina to be cooked as you waited. Other than Mexican style potatoes, there was not much else to put with the fish.

Really does feel like a special treat to stay there and we enjoyed the buffet food.

Superb grounds and swimming pool areas.Magnificent gardens.

Rather off hand treatment by the reception manageress in the spa area.The treatment staff were good .It was as if she were doing us a favour to allow us in and not very helpful at all when questioned about the different massages.The pool is nice enough but the steam room needs updating and they should also provide a sauna.

Great hotel, totally worth its money.

Fantastic hotel and grounds. Totally worth a visit. The half-board dinner was superb, with all the fancy dishes as duck, langoustines, mussels etc, moreover all the drinks were included - wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee! The heated swimming pool was nice and warm, the pool bar cocktails very tasty. The room was stylish and big. Truly 5 star hotel
